Emily Carrier, MHA
Emily has more than 15 years of work experience in customer service, management, team leadership and preventative health strategies. As the office manager, she oversees reception and medical assistant staff, handles patient and insurance billing, manages the finances and ensures office efficiency.
Emily graduated from Weber State University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Promotion. She received a Certified Medical Assisting Degree in 2011 from the DATC. In 2019, Emily graduated from Weber State with a Master's in Healthcare Administration.
Over the course of her career, Emily has taken on leadership responsibilities and pursued her passion for helping others in various positions. She enjoys creating a positive office experience for patients and working together as a team to run the business side of the practice.
Emily loves a good party. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
Office Staff
The practice is built on the hard-work and dedication of the staff. Our reception desk works hard to greet patients in person and on the phone as they book appointments, manage the office schedules and receive payments for services.
The medical assistants support the physician and nurse practitioners and are responsible for recording patient vital signs, performing diagnostic testing, facilitating referral appointments with other physicians, communicating test results with patients, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
